Good to know. Every block includes free make-up credits for the odd illness or clash — 1 with a 5-lesson block, 2 with 10, and 4 with 20 — so a missed lesson is simply rescheduled, never lost. Prefer to spread the cost? Hardship instalments are always welcome — a block can be split into 2–3 payments. Just ask.
